Had the craziest thing happen. I’m not totally sure of the root cause but here’s the short version. I went and worked out and did reverse situps. The kind where the pad is under your hips and your ankles hook under a bar. You’re chest down, drop your upper body, and lift back up. It’s built to strengthen your core and lower back.
The workout felt fine but my neck was a little sore. Woke up the next morning even more sore. Then my wife drove us to our family’s house while I wrote this post in the passenger seat. I don’t know if I strained my neck and then made it worse looking down and typing for hours, but I literally can’t move my head. Up and down a little but side to side is maybe one or two percent. It’s sheer agony to the point where I’m a little sick to my stomach.
I had something similar about a decade ago when a bulging disk acted up. I have one in my neck from an old surfing accident. It never bothers me until I hit it at just the wrong angle. This feels more like a car accident and whiplash than the disk, but the sensation is familiar.
It’s wild because I had been feeling great. Really great considering how much I’ve been traveling. Usually with that many trips in a short span you pick up some sickness or at least feel run down.
We’ll see if the RICE method settles it down. And yes if it keeps going I’ll go to the doctor but we all know how the medical system works. It will take three appointments and two months to figure out the cause and by then it’ll already be healed.

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. We Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.* All names chosen by us. (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything we say is based on our own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or our opinion is correct. We hand choose the names but we are paid to make this list by both the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good.
