It’s interesting that this week’s sales prices are all below last week’s prices (where the lowest in the top 10 was about $32k), yet there are eight development examples this week, compared to only three last week.

1. 0702.com sold for $15,500

Domain is parked. The owner of this numeric appears to be in Los Angeles, and not China.

2. SkinWellness.com sold for $15,000

These dermatologists have two bricks & mortar locations in Alabama. Alexa rank near 4.5 million.

3. SignalTek.com sold for $12,500

No site resolves.

4. FlightClaim.com sold for $12,400

Interesting service: “Has your flight been delayed? We ensure you get compensated for up to €600,- for a delayed, overbooked or cancelled flight.” It appears they only currently serve the Netherlands and Belgium. Alexa rank near 2 million.

5. Lola.co sold for $10,000

This domain redirects LolaTravel.com. “Lola is an on-demand, personal travel service for hotels, flights and anything else you need. Invite-only membership.”

5. Yado.com sold for $10,000

This Chinese-language site is described as follows, “Yado is a digital platform for worldwide legal information, products and services with a professional international team of lawyers and legal consultants behind it.” Alexa rank near 14 million.

7. Non.org sold for $9,888

The homepage you see below is all you get with this website……there are no other pages I can find. Whois lists Non Inc of Austin, Texas as the owner.

8. AllOn4Implants.com sold for $9,000

Ummmm…..what? That domain for $9k? A website for a dentist’s office is live, and their social media ties to the website TeethInADay.com. “Smile Expressions dentistry oral surgery dental implants orthodontics specializes in new teeth in a day, implant dentures, all on 4 implants, and oral rehab”

8. Imagely.com sold for $9,000

Traffic leader for the week, with its Alexa rank near 60,000. They offer WordPress themes geared for photographers, and have plans which include hosting starting near $25 per month. “Get a complete WordPress website in minutes with beautiful designs, blogging, galleries, proofing, and ecommerce.”

10. ITILCertification.org sold for $8,800

Alexa rank near 400,000. “The ITIL abbreviation stands for IT Infrastructure Library” and everything else on their site makes my brain hurt.
