Domain Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Wednesday March 6th, 2019

This probably deserves its own post but I would like to welcome Mike Sullivan as the newest member of  Most of you already know Mike from    One of the best interviewers, writers in the business and a great addition to the team.  He is like the rest of us were here.  Writing, but on an island, with no help and no partners to bounce ideas off of.  Not everyone is meant to work with others but I’ve loved Mike’s personality and style for over a decade so I’m really excited to be working with him each day.  More details to come about the progression of DSAD with most likely another updated design, and maybe yet another name change to reflect where we’re headed.

We’re still looking for a person to cover the news and interesting domain/business stories on a daily basis.  A post a day or so. But the pay sucks.  You’d be doing it to hang with us which honestly isn’t worth much either. We do offer free beers at Domain Conferences but lately because of lack of advertisers even that has been paid for by Media Options or Michael Cyger.

So if everyone would give Mike a welcome in the comments to make him feel welcome and please don’t tip him off about what he’s getting in to.  We’d like him to stick around for a while.   Here are today’s names. Make sure to click on the names to see the current price and to help DSAD give Mike something for his efforts.

Quote of the Day: “Before you diagnose yourself with depression or low self-esteem, first make sure you are not, in fact, just surrounded by assholes

Domain of the Day:   Great name for a discounted items because they were open store

Namejet, Sedo, and other Names Up for Auction   Met reserve at under $100.  I work with physios all the time in athletic training.  But could be a good brand as well that describes movement  Closing Today. Reserve is met and is under $120 at press time.  15 years old.   Good Knowledge means you understand something   Closes today. 19 year old news name.  Met reserve and you can’t get much hotter discussion than the news right now   Do it Yourself people are exactly the ones that need hints and tips.  7 bidders at press time   Reserve is under $600.  No doubt  Met reserve. Yours if you are willing to be the next bid     They used to have oxygen bars but not seen one in a while BUT if they do come back   I’m playing the bud part the name  One other person likes it besides me  Perfect events planning name

Godaddy Domains With Multiple Bids  This is the kind of name that if purchased right is a good 10-20 bagger  I had a bid on it until I realized I was playing pool with a tennis racket and there no way I was going to win  Its even higher than you think it is   As many oil change places as there are I would think someone will eventually want this.  Yeah, that thought can last longer than your bank account  Sounds like a high end wine.  No reservo so it will sell  A bit broad but would make a good find something to do site  Flip it and its a great name.  This one is just OK IMO   There are all kinds of lab names but this is the main one  I have to admit I’m pretty excited to see what the plus is all about   A lot of uses for this.  Some fun, some tragic   DVR, VR, RC, DV  so many good acronyms in just 4 letters  Godaddy loves this if you look at their estimator.  The Chinese probably like it as well.  They like the term VIP and round numbers.  Generally speaking that is   Big name to live up to. Buying a ton of history and links   This is where the other media names come to roost  Nice 5L for under $200 at press time   Everything is possible without the E   Solid marketing name for someone that does   I see makeup or maybe tech

Godaddy Domains With One or No Bids Used to be a food delivery app that was listed on crunchbase.   Now it can be yours  Bitcoin tracking all the way IMO  The screen is definitely about “me” with most people Nothing says fun like smoking  (sarcasm)  When Starbucks employees unionize  we still doing the Keto diet thing?  I see it as a photography name   These aren’t selling well but to me it makes a great personal email for a few hundred bucks  Sounds like some classy ass canna  I see this as a canna name  This has a definite maybe of potential  Like the rhyming aspect of it.  And the food/dog angle too  Grow names have picked up with the cannabis market being hot. I know because I have a few and inquiries and sales have picked up  Squad names seem to be popular.   Not sure this one will but its $12
