DSAD.com: Domain Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Tuesday, March 29th

Mar 29 2016

If you think the Chinese market is down then you are right.  But in every “down” market there are areas to make money.  Rather than complain or brag or point, I merely hunt.  One of the big money areas right now are top level patterned numerics. I’m not talking 7N or 8N but 6N and under.  39988.com sold for $15K yesterday on Namejet and 22299.com sold for $12K.  Fantastic prices for the sellers.  These types of names are true assets and continue to reach record levels.  ABAB.com  have also been doing well with HJHJ.com fetching $6900.  Not quite the $10K bottom I hoped it would but I bought 3 of this type for an average of $3K each so the price was good enough for me. There are a few more areas that are seeing good prices and volume and we’ll be point those out after we’ve stocked the portfolio to take advantage of the trends.  Here are today’s names. Click to see current prices .

AllergyKit.com   13 years old.  I wouldn’t know these even existed except I have an employee that has terrible allergies and he keeps a bag with all kinds of pills and a nebulizer.   Sounds like a kit to me

BT88.com  One of the  best LLNN.com you can buy

PleaseDontSueMe.com  I thought this one was pretty funny.  Nobody else does.  No bidders.

Photos.net  This is a huge name.  Surprised by the lack of action at first but the reserve probably scares everyone off

NYBY.com  New York something something

SCOW.com  I only see cow.  Never seen an S Cow

LongDongSilver.com   Famous porn star when I was a kid.  Not that I watched porn but we liked to say the name. No bidders.

HKFD.com  Hong Kong something something

7787.co  One of the better NNNN.co you can buy

IncredibleSleep.com  No bidders. Good marketing name for a bed company

KUXO.com  CVCV have been getting some decent prices.  This one is getting quite the attention

UYUU.com  This is purely a collectible.  These are the kind of names you rely on the Chinese.  I’m more on the sell side of something like this.  But I have been wrong about collectibles.  I sold many of mine way too early.  Good profit but left a lot on the table

IWantToBeFree.com   Sounds like a fair request

ETTD.com, IPTP.com  CHFO.com  This is a group of nice Western letters. Vowels are just fine in English

BXED.com  NIFJ.com XIGL.com QIPD.com   Not sure if this group is all bottom boats but not CHiPs and a few tougher letters to use in English

LWVM.com   RFWV.com HQZV.com Vs are always bottom boats

995229.com  971717.com  922655.com 986536.com 973191.com A few nice 6N.com to add to your numeric portfolio

Wayback.org   The value is coming from the Wayback Machine which uses archive.org not wayback.org

SKGS.cc  I am on the buy side of these

JXKH.net, CTBK.net, MTYH.net, ETTB.net    I don’t think any of you are buying these but somebody is so I keep putting them up here

CuddleCake.com  One bidder at $12.  I like it as a cute kids brand.

981530.com, 592108.com 896170.com   Names that are at $60-80 range right now

Special Domain Shane ONLY Coupon…….. CODE IS DDCDS2015 Good 30% off Discount Domain Club to get the lowest renewal prices Godaddy offers (DDC)

SEOMakeover.com   One bidder at $20.  I thought it was a good SEO name because essentially when you hire an SEO guy you asking for exactly that

Cars.net  Cars are catching on.  And more people are using the Internet to buy them.  At $12.  Just kidding

DomainNamesForSale.com   Solid name for selling domains.  But I guess that’s pretty obvious.  A bit long but I bet Google likes it

MDHH.com  Should cross $2K.  Don’t know if it does that here

Bulb.io  I see tulip, you see light, but probably most value as a brand that sells neither

Travel.Agency   One of the most talked about auctions this month.  Ali has done a great job promoting it.  And the price shows it

FloodReport.com  No bidders.  Most homes need to have a flood report for insurance reasons.  They make you get flood insurance if you’re in a flood zone

Boona.com  One of those short brandables that does well on Brand name sites.  8 bidders agree

RPVT.com     Something something Vermont

18634.com    5N with a coupon code of “has a four”

GameHats.com      Sports hat site/business ready for the making

WeightLossDeals.com   If Oprah can make millions by simply saying you can eat bread on the diet then you know there is a ton of money in weight loss.  Imagine if you gave them a deal

WildLifeTourism.com  Many countries rely on this as their main source of income.   If you’ve never taken a safari you absolutely have too.  At least that’s what my Mom says.   Use this site to find one.

RealEstateCompanies.com  Already has 70 backorders and it has a ways to go to auction.  Real Estate names are eternally valuable

GDDV.com   50 bidders aren’t scared of the V

HUNF.com The sound people make when they cross their arms and shrug in disgust.  Also a nice LLLL.com with 61 bidders

Elizebeth.com   Because heaven forbid you spell your daughters name the correct way.  This is a popular alternative spelling.  Maybe its a foreign spelling and if it is I apologize.

SWQW.com   Officially a CHiP.  And that’s good for $1600 plus right now

VCNZ.com  Venture Capital New Zealand

7773.info, 7767.info, 7377, 6773, 6775, 6211, 3255, 3277, and 2636.info

4Meals.com  21 bidders.   Nice meal deliver service name

If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.*All names chosen by me, Shane . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything I say is based on my own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or my opinion is correct. I hand choose my names but I am paid to make this list by both the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. I Just sold the following on Namejet at no reserve a few days ago:
    XLLX.com $ 2,402
    QHQH.com $ 2,622
    VJVJ.com $ $ 2,510
    VVTT.com $ 2,600

Maybe just my names are down 🙁

  2. Don West

I would buy qhqh for $2600 today, so no commission for you would mean 15-20% more.

No reserve was a mistake for those great names.

    Best of luck,

    1. Koosah

I would buy them all back for those prices.. lost a lot of money.. but hey it happens and we move on
