The screenshots below are examples of buyers of domains from the last few months that have either developed their sites, or purchased an upgrade domain and have redirected their acquisition to an existing website.

Clink.com sold for $50,000 at DomainHoldings, and they describe themselves as follows: “Clink is the “bank for millennials”. We aim to disrupt the way people save and invest by reducing barriers of entry and associating investing with fun.” They received $750,000 in funding in July of last year, and Clink appears to be a smart re-brand from InvestmenTips.

LoveSeat.com sold for $25,000 at DomainHoldings, and the domain is an upgrade from LoveSeatApp.com. They’re a vintage furniture company based in San Diego.

Wine.co sold for $25,000 at Sedo, and the owner is Marcelo Sinhorini, W2W E-Commerce de Vinhos SA. This domain is an addition to the company’s Wine.com.br, which is where they have their .co domain redirected. The biggest wine shop in Latin America. Track and learn about the fascinating world of wine.”

CloudStore.com sold for $12,500 at Sedo, and the owner is Softcom Inc. The domain redirects to the cloud store page of the IngramMicroCloud.com website. “Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace now features the new Cloud Store which enables select partners to create and manage a B2B branded online store, integrated into their existing website.”

CloudStoreStoy.com sold for $11,300 at Sedo, and the owner is Jakob Støy, Støy Munkholm A/S. “Støy is a leading multibrand store with an international outlook. Centrally located in Aarhus, Denmark, Støy is a natural centre for fashion, culture and development, pushed forward by an engaging workforce in-the-know who takes active part in the city surrounding the store.”

OrderFoodOnline.com sold for $9,001 at Flippa, and the website appears to just be getting started, with 485 restaurant options in Los Angeles, but then no other cities with more than 10 options.

TapFox.com sold for $6,000 at GritBrokerrage. “SloPho InfoTech Pvt Ltd proudly presents TapFox gamification platform as a service. Available on Mobile and Web Platform. TapFox provides the opportunity for users to participate in various Polls, Challenges and Quizzes. This engagement is based on the choice of interest across various genres that a user may select. We surely have something for everyone.

TheRound.com sold for $5,000  at Sedo. “We’re the premier event for engineering careers in the tech industry. We’ve helped the most exciting and disruptive companies, and up to 3,000 engineers find each other in London and now we want to do the same in Brooklyn.”
