Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Thursday, September 9th, 2021

So I started yet another “business”. Working on Porsches. So once a Porsche is out of warranty the cost of keeping it maintained is crazy high. An oil change can be $250. Brakes can be $4K on steel and $20K if they are carbon rotors. Yes, $20K. And unless you live in a large town there isn’t a local dealer. So my mechanic and I decided to offer a few services for Porsche owners. He can literally do it for half and yet still make $300 an hour. All with original Porsche parts. My part was buying the computers necessary and paying for the parts upfront. I also have all the friends with the Porsches. They have all been super happy because they can get it done quickly and professionally. And like I said, its so much cheaper than a dealer.. The computer tells us everything and my partner is good. From how many miles since the last oil change to even how they drive. We have all the data. We noticed that the owners haven’t been great about keeping things current. It’s usually for two reasons. Its not their daily driver so not a lot of miles are put on. Two, getting things done is a pain in the ass.

My mechanic doesn’t want to open a shop. Just do a few cars a month. Basically making some good extra money. He got insurance in case something happens which is smart. One thing I noticed is he spends more time with it. Treats each car like a new patient. I guarantee most mechanics in the dealer don’t treat the cars the same. Although the Porsche and Ferrari mechanics I know do take their job very seriously. And are paid accordingly. What’s in it for me. A little money, some happy friends, and a chance to drive some awesome cars.

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. We Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.*All names chosen by us, Shane and Josh . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything we say is based on our own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or our opinion is correct. We hand choose the names but we are paid to make this list by both the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good.
