I was looking through some of my sales history and saw I had bought and sold quite a few CVCV.com over the last 10 years. What hasn’t changed much are the prices. They certainly have moved up in down but if you look below at the prices from 2009 when I first wrote about them, you’ll see some are cheap compared to now, but some were pretty expensive considering the time value of money over 10 years. Of all the categories in domain investing, this one definitely wasn’t towards the top of returns. A good store of value, but not near the numerics or one word returns. Of course all this is hind site but in hind site I think I did well selling my CVCV, some for five figures and putting the money to work. One of the few categories I can say I sold at the right time.
