There’s a domain “broker” that keeps emailing me because I made the mistake of responding to his cold outreach of some bullshit .club domain.
I was trying to offer him some tactical advice on his operation, I didn’t even get into the idea that outbound marketing on shitty names seems like a bad idea.
The first thing I told him was to get a better email address for his business. I can’t take a crazy gmail address seriously, especially one that looks like it’s spam, and I have real trouble having confidence in a “Broker” that can’t even make a gmail account for marketing. I mean, if you throw some random words together add a few numbers and none of it has anything to do this domains, why would anyone think you know what a good domain is?
lol the damn gmail accounts are free, if you’re going to use it make up a fake brand at least, or even do something like DomainBroker123, add numbers to words that make sense.
Better yet, since you’re reportedly selling domains, use one of them and make an email address.
The next error he makes is picking a fake first name that looks ridiculous. He calls himself “Marks” the plural form of Mark, there’s just one of you right?
So I tell him these things, tell him that I’m also a domain investor and not some poor unknowing bastards he’s trying to target who doesn’t know any better, and he keeps emailing, trying to get me to use him as a broker.
Why I ask, you haven’t changed anything… This is his email, that explains what he can offer me.

I have sold several domains via gmails. This is one of my gmails and i usually use real names.(mark versie,william..) If you need to buy any domain name be sure that i will find the most low price worldwide for you.
I’m bound by an exclusivity contract so unfortunately I’m not available to broker other domains.
In most cases, to achieve a high price your best choice is to list the domains with a buy-it-now price at all marketplaces (especially Afternic which is linked to GoDaddy) and wait for a buyer.
If you are open to a wholesale buyer I’ll be glad to ask around in my network of associates (domain investment companies and brokers) if they are interested in buying your domains.
They buy domains every day and are prepared to act immediately so you don’t have to wait months or years to find a potential buyer.
If you’d like to give it a try, I would need a list of domain names with asking prices, either for each individual domain name or for the whole portfolio.
I will then get you a quick “yes or no” response from my network.
Note that your prices should be sufficiently attractive to facilitate a deal (these are wholesale buyers) but also high enough so you are happy with the transaction.

There are tons of ways to make money in this business, just follow along and pay attention. Don’t try and reinvent the wheel, don’t do things that annoy people .If you’re brand new at this and have only sold a few domains or none, don’t try writing a book on domaining, telling everyone else how to do it.
